In order to be respectful of
the needs of other patients, our office requires a 2 business day
notice of cancellation of your appointment.
In the event that you miss or fail to cancel one of your appointments
in a timely manner, a fee of $100 will be charged. This fee must
be paid prior to scheduling future visits.

is across the street from Neiman Marcus at the corner of Wilshire
and Linden. Parking is available beneath the building (enter from
Linden) or behind the building (enter through the alley on Wilshire
between Roxbury and Linden). Parking for building lots are valet
only ($1.85 per 15 minutes) and sorry, but we do not validate
parking.
Free self parking city lots are available in the
vicinity. Please plan ahead to allow time to find parking
and walk to the office. Rates below are subject to change.

From 405, Heading South:
Exit Wilshire Blvd, heading East (towards Westwood). Stay on Wilshire
Blvd approximately 2.5 miles. After crossing Santa Monica Blvd,
continue 1 1/2 blocks to a small alley on your left called McCarty
Dr. You will see Brite Smile on your left on the ground floor
of our building. Turn into the alley and then left into the back
parking lot for our building.
From 405, Heading North:
Exit Santa Monica Blvd, heading East. Turn right onto Santa Monica
Blvd. Stay on Santa Monica Blvd for 2.5 miles. Turn right at Wilshire
Blvd. Continue 1 1/2 blocks to a small alley on your left called
McCarty Drive. You will see Brite Smile on your left on the ground
floor of our building. Turn into the alley and then left into
the back parking lot for our building.
From 10, Heading East:
Exit Overland Ave. Turn right on Overland. Go 1.1 miles to Olympic
Blvd. Turn right at Olympic Blvd. Go 1.5 miles to Linden Ave (which
is 2 intersections after Century Park East). Take Linden 0.5 miles
to Wilshire Blvd. Turn left at Wilshire Blvd. and then a quick
right at the first street, which is South Santa Monica Blvd (aka
"Little Santa Monica"). Then, make the first right at
Linden Drive (now a one-way street). Turn left into the 3rd driveway,
which is the underground parking lot for our building.
From 10, Heading West:
Exit Robertson Blvd. Turn right on Robertson. Continue approximately
2 miles to Wilshire Blvd. Turn left at Wilshire. Continue 1.2
miles. Just past Roxbury Drive, turn right into the alley at McCarty
Drive. You will see Brite Smile on the ground floor of our building.
On your left is the back parking lot for our building.
From the San Fernando Valley, over the Canyons:
Take Laurel Canyon on Coldwater Canyon south. Continue to Santa
Monica Blvd. Turn right on Santa Monica Blvd. At Bedford Drive,
turn left. Make the first right on S. Santa Monica Blvd (aka "Little
Santa Monica"). Turn left on Linden Drive (a one-way street).
Turn left into the 3rd driveway, which is the underground parking
lot for our building.
ENCINO OFFICE - Conveniently
located just off the 101 & 405 Freeways in the San Fernando
Valley of Southern California, approximately 10 miles from Beverly
Hills and Santa Monica, and only 15 miles from downtown Los Angeles,
Burbank Airport, and the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

From the 405 Northbound (Beverly Hills, West L.A., Torrance, Orange
County, San Diego County)
Take 405 North, Exit Ventura and turn left at first light which
is Sepulveda. Drive one block to Ventura. Turn Left on Ventura
and Drive one eighth of a mile. Turn right onto Firmament to enter
the parking lot on your right. There is also usually street parking
on Ventura or one of the side streets. Do not park on Ventura
after 3:30 pm.
From the 405 Southbound (Simi Valley, Valencia, Bakersfield)
Take 405 South to 101 North. Take the first exit at Haskell and
turn left at the Haskell intersection. Drive a half mile to Ventura
Blvd and turn left. Drive one eighth of a mile and turn left onto
Firmament to enter the parking lot on your right. There is also
usually street parking on Ventura or one of the side streets.

Office Hours Our office is open Monday through Friday from
8:30am to 5:00pm, PST (Pacific Standard Time). We are closed on
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Dr. Hoenig is available 24 hours
a day for medical emergencies.
