Do you ever combine a mid face lift with a regular face lift?

"Do you ever combine a mid face lift with a regular face lift? i am 44 years old and have very flat cheekbones and a small chin. i see now a lengtening of my lower eyelid it is somewhat puffy but underneath toward the nose there is a hollowing. the lower part of my face apears fuller and the area under my chin is loose.i saw a ps who suggested a face lift but now i am concerned that a face lif alone will not adress all of my problems"

I do sometimes perform a midface lift in conjunction with a regular facelift. This can help address the problem of sagging cheeks and lower eyelid hollowness at the same time.
