Can you help with Bioalcamid problems?

"Hello Dr Hoenig, I am in the UK, I have a problem with Bio Alcamid migration. I've had two ops on one under eye trough to remove a lump, now another lump under the other eye and an ultrasound scan shows it has moved into my parotid duct area and all over my cheeks, temples and under eye areas. Removals in the UK are limited to puncture and squeeze which I have had on nose to mouth filler,with some still left behind. I know if infected Bio Alcamid can cause serious problems, I just want it all out. My injections were in 2005, 4.5cc each cheek and 2.5 each nose to mouth line, the lump under my eye was there immediately. Please can you help?"

Unfortunately, I have seen alot of problems with Bioalcamid. It can be removed. Sometimes injecting first with my 5fu concoction can help settle the body's response and calm the inflammation so that it can be removed more easily.
